The initial assessment of your clean requires both parties to determine how the work can be done to deliver maximum customer flexibility & satisfaction.
We are happy to discuss any job requirements with domestic clients over the phone or if you would prefer, a visit from one of our team will be happy to meet you at your home and discuss your needs.
For non domestic clients a site visit is essential so that the work and the customer requirement can be accurately assessed and any particular Health & Safety issues identified. This visit will be made at a time convenient to the client. A written proposal detailing the work to be done, standards to be met, any particular Health & Safety issues and the cost will be provided within 5 working days.
