Since September 1997, Lucy Bates has been providing a personal cleaning service initially to domestic clients through 1st Class Cleaning. However, over the years the client base has been extended to include businesses both commercial & private. Mainly as a result of recommendations from existing clients.
In 2003, 1st Class Cleaning became Ellemby Ltd with Lucy Bates as the Managing Director. They further expanded to provide both Domestic & Commercial window cleaning and gutter cleaning.
Customer satisfaction is paramount through Trust, Reliability and Efficiency.
Investment has been made for safe and environmental window cleaning technology - namely a water fed pole cleaning system known as the Reach & Wash. They also expanded into industrial cleaning and have a number of large contracts with local authorities and nationally known businesses.
The Business, its management team and staff are committed to ensuring that a first class cleaning service which meets customers standards is provided through a quality control system.
